Milotic comes from Feebas which is really hard to find. Gastrodon seems plain but it's the Forme that comes from the low-level part of sinnoh meaning she caught it at a low level and somehow leveled it around Lv60. Garchomp was inconsistent in DP but is now a real sweeper with accurate attacks in BDSP. It even has enough base speed to outrun both Dialga and Palkia.
